All stationery is handmade, hand produced and hand sewn, therefore, each product may be slightly different in colour and/or design
from Previous or pictured item or sample sent to customer, imperfections are a part of handcarfted design be they slight.
Sewn spines are never perfect as they are produced and sewn by hand. Many designs consist of small parts which may be hazardous
to children of all ages.
Items will be sent via Royal mail or another courier deemed appropriate by Spunsilk, once items are dispatched,
proof of postage will be obtained and these items are no longer the responsibility of Spunsilk. This includes items
lost or damaged in the post or through the courier system.All postal prices are fair and at the discretion of Spunsilk,
they also include packaging and handling costs.
We ask for 4--6 weeks process time, this is from the point where the proof has been agreed, signed and returned.
Awaiting an agreed proof is not part of the process time and is entirely up to the customer and the amount of
thought time they need to put into the items. We cannot be held responsible if this time is left too long, we still
need the approved 4-6 weeks to complete the project. Prices may change during this process and no price is final
until signed proof is returned. All prices can change at any given time.
Payment is requested on return of the signed written proof. If circumstances change and invitations are no longer needed we will
refund whatever costs have not been incurred.  Any changes to the agreed design will incur charges if  made after return of the
written proof.If the order required a deposit, the final balance will be due on completion of the order but before dispatch.
Sometimes we can accommodate orders that are needed within the 4 week timescale. If this is the case the full payment is
needed on return of the written proof to confirm. All prices are a guide, as the products are handmade a huge amount of changes a
re possible which may incur various charges. Final prices will be sent with the written proof, once returned these will be final,
as long as no more changes are forwarded. Please make sure all proofs and lists sent to Spunsilk are checked for spelling and errors, we
Cannot be held responsible for errors on these lists or proofs. This is totally the customers responsibility.
All name lists sent will be printed exactly as sent, all proofs once signed will be printed exactly as per proof, table plan listings and
arrangements will be printed exactly as listed.  Once finished invitations are received please check them thorough thoroughly,
we allow 7 days after receipt for errors or complaints to be made about the products.
